Here we serve fiery hot Tarte Flambé as a snack for a small or big appetite. Be it a French classic with crème fraiche and bacon or an exclusive gourmet creation with truffle and fine cheese – the Tarte Flambé are baked in the Flammingo oven and freshly topped. The dough is crispy, very thin and therefore readily served within a few minutes.
Just out of the oven, the hearty snack is served by our team on an iconic wooden board in the cosy Flammingo lounge. Cool drinks are of course also served at the bar.
